Which lawn mower is right for your lawn?

It’s been a rough few years for lawn care.
Prices have gone up, and many lawn care services now only offer a small amount of lawn care service, leaving many customers with no choice but to cut their lawn or have it plowed.
But is a lawn mowing service the answer?
According to a new study, the answer is “yes.”
The study by the Consumer Reports® Lawn Care Index (RCI) found that customers are happy with their lawn care experience, but they want a more professional service than what they are seeing.
“We believe that the best lawn care can be found in a lawn service provider that offers a complete and professional service,” said Craig Dyer, Director of Marketing and Customer Service at RCI.
“We want customers to know that we care about them, and we want them to be happy with what they get.”
The RCI’s survey also found that consumers prefer lawn care companies with professional services, as well as lawn care that is on par with other service providers.
“It’s a very good thing for the consumer to see their lawn getting plowed as well,” said Dyer.
“But it’s a problem for lawn owners who have the option of not having that service at all.”
Dyer said he and his staff are committed to providing the best customer experience possible for our customers.
“Every customer has a right to have their lawn properly cared for and cared for with the best care possible, and that includes lawn mowers,” he said.
“And we know that when people do not see a professional mowing or lawn mow service in their area, they feel they have no other option.”
The research also found, however, that customers want a lawn care company that is also a lawncare service provider.
“In general, the more professional the service, the better,” said Dale Hochberg, Director, RCI Marketing.
“For example, a lawnmower that’s not on par in terms of its service can be better for a customer than a lawn Mower that doesn’t have the same quality of service.”
The RCI surveyed more than 500 people from the U.S. and Canada, and found that nearly half of respondents were satisfied with the lawn mowed service and more than half of customers were satisfied when they found the lawn care provider to be a lawn services provider.
“If you’re looking for a service that’s a bit cheaper, a little more on par and doesn’t get too expensive, the RCI offers a great option,” said Hochburg.
“There are lawn mows that are more expensive than this one and that’s okay, but there are also lawn mowns that are cheaper, and it’s up to each customer to make a choice.”
The most popular service among RCI customers was the “free” option, which offers a 30-day free trial.
The RCII found that 89% of customers found the service to be “good” or “good enough.”
“We really feel like this is a good option,” Dyer said.
In terms of lawn mouthed services, more than 90% of respondents said they were satisfied.
“That’s great, because it’s the best choice for our clients,” said Dave Haines, Director & General Manager of RCI Customer Service.
“A lot of times people want to see a lawn trained or a lawn trimmed and we see it’s not that easy.”
Haines said the “mowing on a mower” service is also popular.
“If we get a mowing machine, it’s like having a lawn cut on a lawn,” he explained.
“The lawn mover is not the most efficient lawn moper, but it’s pretty good at getting the lawn trimmed.”
The survey also showed that customers were very satisfied when the service they received was “very good.”
“When we go to our customers, they really feel they are getting a great service,” Dyers said.
Hains said he’s seen more than 40% of his clients switch from a service with no service to a service where they are satisfied with their service.
“Some of our customers are just getting over the disappointment of not getting what they were looking for,” Hains explained.
“There are times when people don’t feel like they are receiving the service that they were expecting and then we get some people who are getting upset with that,” Hochburger added.
“They feel like there’s something wrong with them, but we can fix it.”
Dyers said that there are a number of ways customers can improve their lawn service experience, including:• Adding a professional service, such as a lawn maintenance company that will mow on a set schedule and have a lawn crew on hand to trim the lawn.• Mowing in a place where the grass is not so thick, such that the mower blades are not going through the grass, so that the grass doesn’t cut
